The Chamber’s highest managerial body is the General Meeting of Members, which takes place once a year. It is its competence to take decisions on important issues and to approve necessary legal acts required for the running of the Chamber. It also oversees the financial situation of the entity by making annual reports. During the year, relevant questions are solved by the Council of the Chamber, which is formed by 21 members elected for a four years term. The head of the Council is the President of the Chamber, who works daily with the permanent office staff to manage the running of the Lithuanian dental practice. The Chamber has also several commissions which work on specific fields such as professional ethics, informal education or the preparation of legal acts and also territorial sections in several Lithuanian cities as Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai or Panevėžys.
